Hydro-Thermal utilizes the Knowledge Center as a means for sharing documents. The Knowledge Center currently has three levels of access, based on your interaction with the company: Public Access, Current Customer, and Channel Partner Support.
To access the Knowledge Center, please contact us. Permission is granted within 24 hours of receipt, during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm CST. A confirmation will be sent to the provided email. If a verification email isn’t received within 24 hours, please check spam folders.
Public Access
The Public Access section contains industry and product focused literature, sell sheets, case studies. If anyone is interested in in-depth information about a product or want additional, detailed information about how our products fit into an industry, this is the place to start.

Current Customer
The Current Customer section allows current customers to access product manuals, technical bulletins, and installation and dimensional drawings. This area is intended for customers who have purchased from Hydro-Thermal and are looking for more in-depth information on their product.
Channel Partner Support
The Channel Partner Support allows channel partners access to product and process-related PowerPoint presentations, product training, application data sheets, competitive information, and documents translated into other languages. Hydro-Thermal has an extensive Channel Partner network that spans the globe.
