Under the direction of the President, the Director of Engineering plans, analyzes and evaluates the mechanical, electrical and manufacturing engineering programs, plans and procedures.

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, including scheduling, materials, facilities, shipping, and purchasing. Key duties include managing cost of goods sold to meet gross profit goals, ensuring teams meet performance expectations and budgets, and reviewing/enforcing procedures.

You will design and evaluate heating products and process piping systems for engineered-to-order projects and new product development. You'll analyze specifications, create innovative solutions, and test designs in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Your work will be key to product success and customer satisfaction through precise modeling, component selection, and accurate documentation.

Your primary role as a Mechanical Designer will be to design heating products and process piping systems to support the engineered-to-order execution portion of the business.

CNC Machinist-(4 Day Work Week, 2nd Shift).

Perform all position welding on a wide range of similar and dissimilar metals and alloys requiring a high degree of skill and weld quality must that conforms to ASME code, dimensional, general inspection and test requirements.

Develop financial models, improve forecasting tools, and identify opportunities for performance and process enhancements. Enhance financial analysis, automate reporting, and assist with month-end close to strengthen overall efficiency and accuracy.
