Typical Wet Milling Production

In a continuous-flow wet milling process the Jetcooker is employed at various stages to convert and refine the starch from the grain into a wide variety of food grade and industrial grade products.

From the time the grain enters the steeping tanks to final starch conversion and refining, jet cooking plays a key role in temperature control of the water and slurry. Key product categories of starch-based ingredients are the result.
