Dye Injection
The Sanitary Hydroheater heats/mixes the powder dye(s) with water that is then sprayed onto the meat/grain mixtures.
Flavor Injection Spray System
The Sanitary Hydroheater is the perfect fit for an inline or pre-process flavor injection spray system for heating mixtures similar to dye injection process, except to coat the outside of the kibbles.
Central Hot Water System
A central hot water system can reach on-demand desired temperatures when using EZ Heaters. Direct steam injection allows plants to heat water on-demand to precise temperatures assuring a safe consumer product and a healthy, sustainable bottom line.
Heat water to 140°F [60°C] for on-demand heating so you don't waste energy heating tanks before you need the water for:
