On-Site Technical Service
Hydro-Thermal Field Service Technicians can also visit your facility to inspect your Jetcooker and to perform on-site repairs and install new parts.

They are also available prior to plant commissioning, or start-up after maintenance shutdowns, to assure that the Jetcooker is set up correctly, and to conduct basic operator orientation. Maintenance and Operator Training
Hydro-Thermal offers comprehensive training programs to assist your plant personnel with proper Jetcooker maintenance and operation. Choose the plan best suited for your plant.

Level 1 This plan covers basic Jetcooker operating principles, and how to perform simple maintenance and adjustment on the heater.

Level 2 This in-depth training course entails advanced Jetcooker operation, maintenance and adjustment. Participants actually disassemble the Jetcooker, inspect critical component or wear, perform any necessary maintenance or parts replacement, and reassemble the heater. This is critical knowledge for all plant maintenance staff and supervisors who are responsible for the Jetcooker.
