Proper maintenance and adjustment of the Jetcooker™ is essential for maximizing ethanol yield in any facility. Significant component wear, due to abrasive conditions, can rapidly cause a noticeable decrease in starch conversion and ethanol yield. To ensure peak performance inspection should be conducted at least twice per year during normal plant shut-downs.
Annual Maintenance Agreement
Hydro-Thermal can set up a full service maintenance plan which includes everything necessary to keep the Jetcooker operating at maximum efficiency. It includes an on-site visit by a Hydro-thermal Field Service Technician, pre-scheduled to coincide with annual plant shut-downs, advanced training for plant personnel, and replacement of all internal Jetcooker parts and components.
Jetcooker Refurbishment Program
Send your spare Jetcooker to Hydro-Thermal for factory refurbishment and overhaul. The Jetcooker will be reconditioned to original specification and will carry the same warranty as a new heater. This plan minimizes downtime by assuring that a Jetcooker is always available for maximum efficiency.
